Iga Swiatek dispatched Emma Navarro with little fuss to march into the Australian Open semi-finals.
World number two Swiatek has been on top form at Melbourne Park, and controlled Wednesday's clash at Rod Laver Arena to win 6-1 6-2.
Swiatek's brilliant work from the baseline kept Navarro – who had spent 10 hours and 14 minutes on court across her opening four matches – at arm's length.
The Pole broke Navarro in the first game and did not look back from there, breaking twice more to take the first set in just 36 minutes.
Some sensational tennis set up Swiatek's first match point at the end of the second, as she alternated between backhand and forehand before smashing a winner off her right wing.
1 - Iga Swiatek has not conceded a single game on serve for four consecutive matches for the first time in her career (against Sramkova, Raducanu, Lys and Navarro). Improvement.#AO2025 | @AustralianOpen @WTA @WTA_insider

A rash shot into the net kept Navarro in the match, but another sublime Swiatek forehand nosed the five-time grand slam champion within a point of victory.
This time, she took the chance, acrobatically directing a volley back across court, and though Navarro scampered to meet it, the American could not keep her return in.
Swiatek, who has claimed her first Australian Open win over an opponent ranked inside the top 10, will take on Madison Keys in Thursday's semi-final.
Data Debrief: Swiatek sizzling in Melbourne
Aryna Sabalenka had a wobble on Tuesday, though eventually got the job done against Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. However, there have been no such mistakes so far from Swiatek, who has dropped just 14 games en route to the semi-finals and is yet to lose a set.
Only three women (Maria Sharapova in 2013, Monica Seles in 1991 and Steffi Graf in 1989) have lost fewer games than Swiatek on the way to reaching the last four at the Australian Open.
Swiatek, who has also not yet conceded a single game on her serve, is the youngest woman to reach a seventh grand slam semi-final since Sharapova at the US Open in 2006.
Since her major debut in 2019, only Novak Djokovic (124) has won more grand slam matches than Swiatek (88) among any player, male or female.
