The Suns are ready to find their next general manager.

Phoenix has begun the process of interviewing candidates for the job, according to 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.

Ryan McDonough, the general manager coming into the season for the Suns, was fired Oct. 8 before the first game of the year.

Since then, James Jones and Trevor Bukstein have served as the team's co-interim general managers.

They are expected to stay with the team in some capacity.

Phoenix is an NBA-worst 12-50 on the season and just recently broke a 17-game losing streak.
