Indonesia Open: Aaron-Wooi Yik reach third semi-finals in 2023

Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik kept the Malaysian flag flying at the Indonesia Open after they checked into the semi-finals on Friday.
Chia-Soh needed only 41 minutes to take down Japanese pair Akira Koga-Taichi Sato 21-15, 21-10 to book their third semi-finals ticket of the year.
The second seeds left no stone unturned in the first game as they forced their opponents into submission in quick-fire fashion.

The world champions left gaps in the following game, but still crossed over the finish line in convincing fashion as they continue their search for a first BWF World Tour title since being paired together in 2019.
Chia-Soh's best achievement in 2023 was finishing runners-up at the India Open.
They also reached the Singapore Open semis this year.
