Saint Louis University suspends 3 basketball players, expels another after sexual misconduct investigation

Three Saint Louis University basketball players have been suspended while another has been kicked out of school after an investigation into an alleged sexual assault last September.
The attorney for three of the four players accused of assaulting three women on the SLU campus last fall said his clients have been suspended 18-24 months. They are considering an appeal and have three business days to file. Appeals are heard within 10 university business days following receipt of the request for appeal.
"These boys didn't do anything wrong," attorney Scott Rosenblum said in a statement provided to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "They just didn't."

While Rosenblum would not identify his clients. Adonys Henriquez, Ty Graves and Jermaine Bishop have been held out of every game this season and are believed to be the three suspended players.
Two of the three women who made the accusations last September are SLU students. They claim they were assaulted by St. Louis University student-athletes at an on-campus apartment in the early morning hours of Sunday, Sept. 24.
Henriquez, Graves and Bishop have not played this season, but have been allowed to practice and travel with the team.
"Saint Louis University has followed its Title IX process throughout this investigation," the school said in a statement. "At this time, the Hearing Officer’s findings and decisions have been communicated individually to each of the parties. However, the Title IX process is not complete. Each of the parties has the right to appeal the decision(s) of the Hearing Officer. The University will have no additional comment at this time."
