James Harden set the Rockets' all-time single-game scoring record Tuesday with 60 points in Houston's 114-107 win over the Magic.

Needless to say, the 60 points is a career-high for Harden.

That's not all though. Harden scored 60 points yes, but he added 11 assists and 10 rebounds tallying his third triple-double of the year. That is impressive enough, but when you add to it the fact that it was the first 60-point triple-double in NBA history, it makes it even sweeter.
Houston's guard is the 25th player in league history (including playoffs) with 60-plus points. It's the seventh time a player has scored 50-plus points in a triple-double.
According to Opta Facts, the former Arizona State Sun Devil's third triple-double with 50-plus points is tied with Russell Westbrook for the most all-time.
Harden has now scored 50 or more points four times this season, all of which came without Chris Paul on the court. However, the Rockets are just 2-2 when he scores 50 points, so it's probably not a good idea to make a habit of it.
The 28-year-old guard was not just impressive scoring, but his ability to distribute had him going as well. He accounted for 86 of the Rockets' 114 points on the night.
