CNBLUE's Jung Yong-hwa and the six-member AOA have been named PyeongChang 2018's latest honorary ambassadors.
Alongside the likes of Big Bang's Taeyang, actor Kim Woo-bin, former footballer Park Ji-sung and figure skating legend Yuna Kim, they will help promote the 2018 Winter Olympics, which will be held from February 9 to 25.
When quizzed about his involvement, Jung said it is an honour to be its ambassador.
"I am even happier [because] I am a big fan of the Olympic Winter Games [and] my favourite sports are skiing and snowboarding," he said.
"I will promote the Games during my concert tours and through the best thing I can do, music."
As for AOA, Kim Chan-mi said it is "such a huge honour for us to be part of this big international sporting event" before Kim Seol-hyun added that "we will promote the Games as much as we can."
The popular South Korean girl group, also consisting of Shin Ji-min, Seo Yu-na, Shin Hye-jeong and Kwon Min-a, was also in Indonesia recently to help promote the Games.

PyeongChang will be South Korea's second Olympic Games since the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul and its first Winter Olympics.
It will also be the third Winter Olympics being held in Asia after Sapporo 1972 and Nagano 1998.
