Riccardo Sottil's 87th-minute strike earned Fiorentina a last-gasp point against Juventus, with the sides playing out an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Allianz Arena.
The result saw both teams miss the chance to close the gap on the top four in Serie A, remaining on 32 points, with Fiorentina staying fifth, one place ahead of Juventus.
Khephren Thuram netted his first Serie A goal for Juventus to put his side ahead in the 20th minute, rounding off an impressive solo run with a fine finish past David de Gea.
But parity was restored soon after when former Juventus forward Moise Kean placed a header into the net for his 11th goal of the season for Raffaele Palladino's side.
Thuram restored the hosts' advantage shortly after the break, scoring into the bottom corner from close range with Juventus on course for an important victory.
However, Sottil sealed a share of the spoils late on when the ball broke kindly to him in the area, firing a fierce effort at Michele Di Gregorio's near post.
Data Debrief: Another Juve draw in 2024
While Juventus maintained their unbeaten start to their Serie A season, the number of draws this campaign has significantly hindered their Scudetto chances this term.
Thiago Motta's side have drawn 11 of their 18 Serie A games this season, a record number of stalemates across Europe's top five leagues, as well as a record number of draws for Juventus at this stage of a campaign.
They drew 21 matches in 2024 in Serie A. In the history of the competition, only Perugia in 1979 recorded more draws across a single calendar year (22).
It was also an impressive return to Turin for Kean on Sunday. He is the second Italian player able to surpass 10 seasonal goals with Fiorentina (11) in the last 10 Serie A seasons (since 2015-16), after Federico Bernardeschi (11 in 2016-17).
