Queensland star Kalyn Ponga is set to miss the State of Origin decider against New South Wales due to a calf injury.
Ponga suffered the injury during the Maroons' 38-6 loss to the Blues in Perth on June 23.
He missed the Newcastle Knights' win over the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday and scans Sunday confirmed Ponga was dealing with a calf strain.
In a statement, the Knights said Ponga is "expected to miss the next two weeks".

With the Origin decider in Sydney just 10 days away, that would rule the full-back out in a blow for the Maroons.
