Dolan, 64, yang juga merupakan pemilik New York Rangers, hampir tidak menunjukkan sebarang simptom.
Dalam satu kenyataan, Knicks berkata: "Pemilik dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Syarikat Madison Square Garden, Jim Dolan, didapati positif koronavirus.
"Dia sedang mengkuarantin sendiri dan hamipr tidak menunjukkan sebarang simptom.
"Dia akan terus memantau segala operasi perniagaan.
Lebih daripada 660,000 kes Covid-19 direkodkan diseluruh dunia termasuk 30,800 kematian.
Ia mengakibatkan liga NBA dan NHL dibekukan sejak awal bulan ini.
