Amir Khan telah dirompak selepas diacukan senjata di Leyton, timur London, malam tadi.
Bekas juara dunia kelas welterweight berusia 35 tahun yang memenangi pingat perak di Sukan Olimpik 2004 itu kemudian memperincikan insiden berkenaan dalam ciapannya di Twitter.
Khan berkata dia yang ketika itu bersama isterinya, Faryal Makhdoom, didatangi dua lelaki yang meminta jam tangannya.
Namun, dia menyatakan bahawa dia dan isterinya tidak tercedera.
"Baru sahaja jam tangan saya terpaksa ditanggalkan selepas diacukan senjata di timur London, Leyton," ciap Khan.
"Saya melintas jalan dengan Faryal, nasib baik dia beberapa langkah di belakang saya. Dua lelaki meluru ke arah saya, dia meminta jam tangan saya sambil mengacukan pistol ke muka saya. Apa yang penting ialah kami berdua selamat.."
Khan kembali bertinju selepas berehat lama untuk pertembungan menentang Kell Brook pada Februari lalu, tetapi tumbang dalam pusingan keenam di Manchester.
