Martin Truex Jr. and Brad Keselowski have punched their tickets to the Round of 8 thanks to wins at Charlotte and Talladega. Following Sunday's race at Kansas Speedway, six other drivers will join them to make up the Round of 8.
Despite winning two races earlier in the playoffs, Kyle Busch is in danger of not advancing as he sits ninth on the playoff grid, seven points behind Jimmie Johnson on the cutoff line.

Currently Busch, who has finished no worse than fifth at the previous five Kansas races, teammate Matt Kenseth, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Jamie McMurray would be eliminated and have plenty of work to do.
Earlier this season, Truex won at Kansas in a race marred by a scary wreck involving Aric Almirola, who had to be cut from his racecar after a fiery crash. Keselowski finished second in that race, followed by Kevin Harvick, Ryan Blaney, Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson, who will all be fighting for playoff position Sunday at the 1.5-mile track.
