Spurs coach Gregg Popovich and Kawhi Leonard are expected to meet before the NBA Draft in an effort to repair the star forward's relationship with the franchise, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported.

According to the report, a number of teams are interested in a trade involving Leonard but the Spurs aren't ready to let him go just yet.

Leonard appeared in just nine games for the Spurs this season and reportedly had a tense relationship with the team, though a number of sources claim he has expressed interest in staying in San Antonio.

Leonard, 26, signed a five-year contract worth more than $90 million in 2015. The two-time All-Star has averaged 16.3 points and 6.2 rebounds during his seven seasons with the team.

The NBA Draft will take place in Brooklyn, N.Y., on June 21.
