The 29-year-old is desperate to face Joshua, the 21-0 Brit who is the unified world heavyweight champion.
"I know for a fact I'll run Anthony Joshua out of the ring," Miller told HBO during an in-ring interview.
"I'm going to toast that English muffin.
"Like I said before, I'm from Brooklyn, I ain't running from nobody. So tell [promoter] Eddie Hearn, like he promised, bring Anthony Joshua to Brooklyn and we're going to run him out of the ring."
