Michael Conlan says he is "all good" after he was brutally knocked out by Leigh Wood in Nottingham on Saturday.
There was huge concern for Conlan when he fell backwards out of the ring through the ropes after being caught by Wood in the 12th and final round of a brilliant fight.

Wood cut short his celebrations after retaining his WBA featherweight title and Conlan was taken to hospital after being carried from the arena on the stretcher.
Northern Irishman Conlan gave a positive update on his condition on Sunday as he congratulated Wood and stated he wants a rematch.
He posted on Twitter: "I'm all good folks, cheers for the messages. I'll be back, good shot and congrats to Leigh and his team."
