With injuries keeping Isaiah Thomas (hip) and Derrick Rose (ankle) on the sideline for the Bulls-Cavaliers game on Tuesday, Cavs coach Tyronn Lue made significant changes to the starting lineup with LeBron James starting at point guard.
It's is the first official start at point guard for James since 2005. In addition to the lineup shuffle, J.R. Smith started at shooting guard in place of Dwyane Wade, while Tristan Thompson started at center with Jae Crowder and Kevin Love filling out the front court.

Jose Calderon, 36, earned the start at point guard for the Cavs Saturday but struggled mightily in a blowout loss to the Magic, leaving Lue to turn to James.
"Just trying to figure it out and see what happens with both of our point guards being down," Lue said via ESPN.com.
Lue also said he made this change in an effort to stop the Bulls' lineup featuring 7-foot Robin Lopez.
"Just Big Lopez and not having Kevin to bang around and take on that big task tonight, just to start the game," Lue said. "He's going to play some 5, but not have to play the whole game against Big Lopez."
