Broad was left out of England's first two Tests in Sri Lanka in November but returned for the third as Joe Root's side completed a series whitewash.

The 32-year-old is second behind Anderson on the list of England's all-time wicket-takers.

After the first Test, the teams head to Saint Lucia and Antigua for the remaining instalments of the series.
