Ahead of the upcoming 2021/22 English Premier League season, Astro announced a special campaign for Sports Pack subscribers to win exciting prizes including a brand-new Proton Iriz.
Open to all existing and new Sports Pack customers, the Sports Pack Bonanza contest, featuring RM650,000 worth of prizes, runs from August 14 to November 5 this year.
Besides the car, the prizes include Segway electric scooters and 4K UHD TVs, and active users of Astro GO would get to double their winning chances.
"We are rewarding our Sports Pack customers with Sports Pack Bonanza with prizes worth RM650,000, where three lucky customers will be driving home in a brand new Proton Iriz," said Lee Choong Khay, Astro’s Head of Sports, during the virtual EPL season launch alongside Chelsea legend John Terry, on Thursday.
“Not only that, every Sports Pack customer will also get a complimentary subscription to authoritative sports news portal The Athletic. We will also be hosting a weekly show with their renowned sports journalists talking about the latest happenings in the sporting world."

Lee also gave a glimpse of what Malaysian sports fans could expect from Astro in the coming months.

The new Premier League season, exclusively on Astro with all 380 matches live in HD and selected matches in 4K UHD via the Astro Ultra Box, kicks off with newly promoted side Brentford facing Arsenal on 14 August 2021.
