Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik ensured Malaysia will have a representative on home soil after the national men's doubles pair reached the Malaysia Open semi-finals in dominant fashion.
The world number two pair only needed 34-minutes to overcome Indonesia's Sabar Karyaman-Moh Reza Pahlevi 21-19, 21-10 in front of a packed Axiata Arena.

Their straight game success pits them next against another Indonesian pair Fajar Alfian-Shohibul Fikri in Saturday's semis.
Chia-Soh took the opening game 21-19 after rallying back from a losing position which saw them trail 17-18 and the momentum belonging with the Indonesians.
The Malaysians made a trailblazing start to the second game which saw them lead 11-2, much to the delight of the home fans who roared with each point gained.
After the interval, Chia-Soh glided to the next 10-points to ensure Malaysia's campaign did not come to a premature conclusion.
In the earlier matches, Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun lost 17-21, 14-21 against defending champions and world number one pair Seo Seung-jae-Kim Won-ho.
The Malaysians had their moments against the top seeds, but ultimately Seo-Kim's class stood out to seal the deserved win in 41-minutes.
Reigning world champions Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei also lost following a 17-21, 21-17, 10-21 defeat against Hong Kong pair Tang Chun Man-Tse Ying Suet.
