Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and defending champion Justin Thomas form the standout grouping for the US PGA Championship next week.
All three are major champions, but Woods has not won one since claiming his 14th in 2008, while McIlroy's barren run stretches back to 2014.
Their grouping was announced via the competition's official Twitter account ahead of the release of full tee times for the first two rounds at Bellerive Country Club.
Woods, McIlroy and Thomas will hope to arrive in Missouri on the back of victory at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, which the latter shared the lead in after his second round at Firestone.
Among the other featured groups announced were the year's three major champions – Patrick Reed (Masters), Brooks Koepka (U.S. Open) and Francesco Molinari (The Open) – who will play alongside one another as is customary.
Jordan Spieth's bid to complete a Grand Slam will start by teeing off with Justin Rose and Jon Rahm, while Phil Mickelson and former world number one Jason Day are joined by Keegan Bradley.
