Celtics president and general manager Danny Ainge is shutting down trade rumors surrounding Terry Rozier.

During an appearance on Boston's radio show "Toucher and Rich" on Thursday, Ainge denied reports that came out earlier this week that indicated Rozier was unhappy with his role with the Celtics and he has drawn interest form at least seven teams.

Ainge said Rozier has not vented about playing time and no teams have called to inquire about the 24-year-old guard, according to NBCS Boston.

Danny Ainge said on @Toucherandrich that Terry Rozier has not vented about playing time to him. Said he feels Rozier would “come to me and talk to me or Brad and that hasn’t happened.”

Ainge also said Rozier hasn't talked to him or coach Brad Stevens about being unhappy with his role.

Rozier, who did not reach an agreement on his rookie extension in October and will become a restricted free agent this offseason, was selected by the Celtics in the first round of the 2015 draft. He averaged 11.3 points and started 19 games in the playoffs for Boston last season.

He's averaging 22.7 minutes with 7.5 points and 4.4 rebounds through the team's first 10 games.
