Joe Johnson will go to Sacramento as part of the agreement as well. The Kings will also receive a heavily-protected second-round pick the Cavaliers acquired when they traded Dwyane Wade to the Heat.

The big additions in this deal include Hill who is one of the best 3-point shooters in the NBA (45.3 percent) this season. Hood also is shooting 38.9 percent.

Adding those type of long-range shooters to their roster is a good addition for the Cavs as LeBron James' team benefits from the ability to spread the floor. Adding those players gives Cleveland a better chance to win than when it had Rose and Isaiah Thomas on its roster.
