Tyson Chandler very well could have a new home with the Lakers after the Suns buy out the center, multiple reports stated Saturday.

Chandler, who spent has spent three seasons with Phoenix, has had a mutual agreement on a buyout for a while, one report stated. His $13 million-plus contract was up at the end of the 2018-19 season.

The 17-year veteran has spent time in six different cities playing in Chicago, New Orleans, Charlotte, Dallas, New York and Phoenix. This would be his first stint in Los Angeles.

He would bring another tenured presence to the Lakers' young locker room.

Suns and Chandler have had a mutual agreement on a buyout on his $13M-plus expiring deal for some time now, but Chandler needed a landing spot. Chandler found it with Lakers, who need size, and as @espn_macmahon says, will welcome his locker room presence. https://t.co/swUWLgLOOL
