Nurkic averaged 14.3 points and nine rebounds on a Trail Blazers team that registered a 49-33 record in 2017-18.

Nurkic began his career with the Nuggets, where he spent a little less than three seasons before he was traded to Portland for Mason Plumlee in February 2017. Nurkic averaged 7.5 points in 139 games with Denver.

The Trail Blazers earned the third seed in the Western Conference playoffs last season but were swept by the Pelicans in the first round.

Portland selected guard Anfernee Simons with the 24th pick in the 2018 draft.
