The Knicks are considering selecting Miami guard Lonnie Walker or Kentucky forward Kevin Knox in Thursday’s draft, according to a report from ESPN.

New York holds the No. 9 overall pick after finishing last season with a 29-53 record. Some team executives support drafting Walker because of his athleticism and defensive versatility, the report says, while Knox impressed the organization in his individual workout.

Walker averaged 11.5 points and 2.6 rebounds per game as a freshman last season. He also knocked down 34.6 percent of his 3-pointers.

Knox tallied a team-high 15.6 points per game on a Kentucky team that went 26-11 in 2017-18.

Walker is projected to be selected No. 10 overall by the 76ers in Sporting News’ latest mock draft. Knox is project to be drafted by the Clippers at No. 12.
