Canterbury star Moses Mbye will join the Wests Tigers after his final appearance for the Bulldogs on Saturday.
Mbye signed a four-year deal with the Tigers last month, but the 24-year-old was expected to join the club in 2019.
However, the NRL clubs confirmed that Mbye would join the Tigers before the June 30 deadline, playing his 94th and final game for the Bulldogs against the Gold Coast Titans.
"Moses is an impressive young man and we're really happy that he's able to join us at this stage of the season," Tigers coach Ivan Cleary said.
"We look forward to having him join the club in the coming days and get into training with his new team-mates."
The Tigers, who face the Canberra Raiders on Sunday, are ninth in the table and pushing for a finals spot.
