Tyler Horro took a swipe at Amen Thompson, though insisted there was no bad blood between the duo after Sunday's altercation.
The Miami Heat claimed a 104-100 win over the Houston Rockets on Sunday, though a huge fracas at the end of the game overshadowed their victory.
It began when Rockets forward Thompson shoved Miami guard Horro to the ground.
The duo, along with Terry Rozier, Jalen Green, Rockets coach Ime Udoka and his assistant Ben Sullivan, were all ejected.
While Thompson did not speak to the media, Horro was happy to do so.
And he thinks Thompson was simply frustrated after the Rockets had missed 11 straight shots in the fourth quarter while surrendering a 12-point lead in the second half.
"Guess that's what happens when someone's scoring, throwing dimes, doing the whole thing," said Herro, who finished with 27 points, nine assists and six rebounds.
"I'd get mad, too."
Herro insisted there was no previous grievances between Thompson and himself, though.
"Just two competitors going at it, playing basketball," Herro added. "It was a regular game that we were playing throughout."
Tyler Herro, ladies & gentlemen.

Udoka explained his take on the incident.
"I didn't see it live, but I rewatched it," he said.
"They were in each other's face, bumping chests a little bit, and one guy's stronger than the other."
Without the wantaway Jimmy Butler, Herro was proud of how Miami ground out an important win to go 16-14 for the season just a day after losing 120-110 to the Atlanta Hawks.
"They're top two, three in the West," he said.
"Very good defense. Got a bunch of young, athletic guys that can really play, so that's a good win for us. That's a stepping stone.
"We go 2-1 on the road. Put ourselves in a position to win yesterday, and I like how it's going. We just got to continue to keep getting better."
