Cousins, already had a triple-double (15 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists) before the injury, but he could be facing a lengthy absence.

The Pelicans held on to beat the Rockets 115-113 at home, handing Houston its first loss this season when James Harden, Chris Paul, and Clint Capela were all in the starting lineup (19-1).

While New Orleans will take the win, all eyes will be on the training room as the extent of Cousins' leg injury is assessed.
