Malaysia completed a clean sweep of all gold medals on offer in track cycling events at the 9th ASEAN Para Games.

With seven yesterday and five today, it exceeded the target of 10 gold medals given to the national para-cyclists.

Malaysia kicked off day two at the National Velodrome in Nilai with Nur Azlia Syafinaz-Adla Noraidillina beating Singapore's Emily Lee-Sarah Tan and compatriot Nur Syahida Tajudin-Nur Rozi Yanti Mat Rodzi in the women's 3000m individual pursuit (B).

The host nation also bagged gold in men's 4000m individual pursuit events, with Najib Turano and Zuhairie Ahmad Tarmizi emerging victorious in C4 and C5 respectively, and Amin Najmi Romzi-Firdaus Zonis defeating team-mates Afiq Afify Rizan-Khairul Adha Rasol in the men's 4000m individual pursuit (B)

Hoewever, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly from the mixed 3000m individual pursuit (C1,C2,C3) with Shukor Farhan, Nabil Rosli and Nur Faizah Aziz claiming all three medals.
