Miami Heat's Bam Adebayo says the team is only focused on "who's with us now" after Jimmy Butler was suspended on Friday.
Miami have suspended the six-time All-Star for seven games due to detrimental conduct and have said they will listen to trade offers for him.
The decision comes after Butler told reporters he was losing his passion for playing following the Heat's loss to the Indiana Pacers, a game in which he sat out the fourth quarter.
He will miss the Heat's game against the Utah Jazz for the first game of his suspension, which will finish after their six-game road trip on January 15.
Butler has not spoken out since the announcement of his suspension, but after the loss to the Pacers, he said he would "probably not" enjoy playing for Miami again, with Adebayo frustrated by the situation.
"I feel like he came to work, he tried to perform, and it just didn't go his way," Adebayo said after the team's shootaround practice on Saturday. "I feel like he didn't want to be in the corner.
"But like I said, we develop a system where we play around everybody, and we just had to figure out how to incorporate him. But after what happened [on Friday], we're focused on who's with us now."
Through his actions and statements, he has shown he no longer wants to be part of this team. Jimmy Butler and his representative have indicated that they wish to be traded, therefore, we will listen to offers.

Butler averaged 21.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 5.7 assists in his 380 games with the Heat, including playoffs. Miami have won just 49.2% of their games when Butler has not played, compared to 59.7% with him in the side.
It has been speculated Butler's displeasure stems from the Heat's refusal to offer him his two-year, $113million extension this past summer.
"It's disappointing when you see the organization and a player going head-to-head like that," Adebayo added. "But the rest of us got to figure out how to win games.
"It's none of our business [what goes on behind the scenes]. It's for Jimmy and for the management to handle."
