The 2027-2030 cycle also sees all Super 1000 events played over 11 days. All matches will be played in two courts, and all 219 matches will be produced for broadcast.
Besides that, there will also be an increase in prize money for all levels of competitions, especially in the Super 500 and Super 1000 competitions.
For Super 1000 events, there will be a minimum increase to US$2 million (RM8.48 million) as compared to the current US$1.45 million (RM6.14 million).
The key reasons for this change is to inspire the top players to consistently perform at the highest level, to increase and enhance the spectator experience and build fan base through increased media exposure.
