National men's singles coach Hendrawan bid farewell to the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) after almost 15-years of service with the national body.
"It's hard to believe that I have been with BAM for so many years. It's been an incredible journey and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Malaysia, but it's now time for me to move on.
wish the singles players the best in the future. I hope to see them become top players," said the Indonesian in a statement.

The 52-year-old joined the national stable back in 2009 and played an big part at the height Lee Chong Wei's career, whom he guided to a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics.
Hendrawan, a world champion back in 2001, also groomed Lee Zii Jia into becoming an established name and most recently Ng Tze Yong as the biggest name in the men's singles department.
Tey Seu Bock remains as of the senior coaches in the men's singles unit, along with K.Yogendran, Goh Giap Chin and Alvin Chew.
