Gold Coast 2018: Malaysia reach fourth straight badminton mixed team final

Malaysia stayed on course for their fourth consecutive Commonwealth Games gold medal in the badminton mixed team event after beating England 3-0 in the semi-finals on Sunday.
The semi-final tie began with men's doubles pair Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong overcoming Chris Langridge-Marcus Ellis 21-9, 21-11.
In the second match, Soniia Cheah was tested to the limit by Chloe Birch, needing 67 minutes to win 21-17, 15-21, 21-18.
Lee Chong Wei then sealed the tie by defeating Rajiv Ouseph in straight sets 21-18, 21-16.
In the other semi-final match, India, led by world no.2 Kidambi Srikanth, beat Singapore 3-1 to set up a repeat of the 2010 final with Malaysia.
