Should he live up to expectations, Lee Zii Jia is scheduled for a semi-final collision course against top seed and home favourite Viktor Axelsen at the Denmark Open, taking place in Odense from October 18-23.
Lee, seeded fourth in the top half of the draw, should have no problems getting past Dutchman Mark Caljouw in the opening round.

The new world number three could, however, face a tricky potential last eight showdown against Indonesia’s Jonatan Christie.
With a good showing, Lee could even swiftly surpass Anders Antonsen as world number two.
Antonsen, seeded third on his home turf, faces a banana skin first round against China’s Shi Yuqi, who is on the comeback trail after recently returning from a one-year ban.
Liew Daren, meanwhile, is up against Chinese Taipei’s Wang Tzu Wei in the first round.
In the men’s doubles, Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik play their first match as new world champions against Germans Mark Lamsfuss-Marvin Seidel.
Besides the fourth seeds, there are several Malaysian pairs in the mix too.
Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin face the new combination of Lee Yang-Lu Chen, while Ong Yew Sin-Teo Ee Yi are up against China's Liang Wei Keng-Wang Chang.
Tan Kian Meng-Tan Wee Kiong take on South Koreans Choi Sol-gyu-Kim Won-ho, while Chinese Taipei champs Man Wei Chong-Kai Wun Tee play Indonesia’s Shohibul Fikri-Bagas Maulana.
Pearly Tan-M.Thinaah have also been registered for this event, but their participation depends on Pearly's rehabilitation recovery from a knee injury suffered at the Japan Open.
The pair are scheduled to play Thailand’s Supissara Paewsampran-Puttita Supajirakul.
There are several Malaysian representatives in the mixed doubles category too.
Chan Peng Soon-Cheah Yee See, Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai, Hoo Pang Ron-Toh Ee Wei and Kian Meng-Lai Pei Jing are the four pairs who will see action.
