China Open: Aaron-Wooi Yik earn silver

Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik claimed a runner-up finish at the China Open after they lost in straight games in the men's doubles final on Sunday.
Chia-Soh lost 15-21, 14-21 against Indonesian pair Fajar Alfian-Shohibul Fikri in a 35-minute battle at the Olympic Sports Centre.
The country's top pair could not find any momentum in this clash, which would have disappointed them especially after they played so well to reach the final.

The Malaysians fell behind in the match after a poor start in the first game which saw them trail 2-11 at one point.
Despite rallying back to collect some points, Chia-Soh made too many unforced errors to lose 15-21.
The country's top men's pair struggled to make any impact in the second game as well, eventually losing 14-21 in this one-sided final.
The world number two will nonetheless be encouraged by their performance in this Super 1000 event this week, which saw them reach the final without dropping a game in the first four matches.
By the outcome of this final, Chia-Soh will have to put in the hard yards in training if they wish to contend for next month's World Championships men's doubles title in Paris.
