'We're spoiled around here' - Kerr hails 'greatest performer' Curry

Steve Kerr hailed Steph Curry as "one of the greatest performers ever" after his astounding performance led the Golden State Warriors to victory over the Orlando Magic.
The Warriors beat the Magic 121-115 on Thursday to earn a fifth consecutive win, with Curry scoring a season-high 56 points, making 12 3-pointers and outscoring Orlando by himself in the third quarter.
Curry was 12 for 19 behind the arc in his NBA-record 26th career game with 10 or more 3-pointers, while he was 16 of 25 overall, and made all 12 of his free throws.

In the third quarter, Curry scored 22 of his points as he helped Golden State to turn a 14-point deficit into a five-point lead. Orlando managed 21 points in that period.
It is the ninth time he has surpassed 50 points in a game at age 30 or older, the most in NBA history, while it was the 14th time in his career overall.
"We're spoiled around here," Kerr said. "We're used to it, but it never gets old watching. I can tell you that.
"I think the fans here tonight, even the Magic fans, they know they're witnessing the greatest shooter ever and one of the greatest performers ever.
"It's not just the shots going in, it's just the fluidity, the beauty of his movement and motion and his audacity - the shots that he's willing to take. He's an incredible performer, and he put on quite a show tonight."

Curry seems to like playing on February 27. Besides his 56-point effort on Thursday, he had his first 50-point game on the same date (54, 11 3-pointers) at Madison Square Garden in 2013.
It was also the ninth-year anniversary of Cutty scoring 46 points and burying 12 3-pointers at the Oklahoma City Thunder, getting the winning 3-pointer with 0.5 seconds left in overtime.
"I guess I do like this calendar day," Curry said. "I had my first 50-point game in the Garden.
"So, I have to channel February 27th energy all the time. I don't know what it is, but [Thursday] was different just because we needed all of them to kind of stay afloat and give ourselves a chance and then a lot of guys contributed down the stretch to help us win.
"But it's nice to have a flurry like that and have fun with it."
