JaVale McGee was sued by his ex-landlord as documents obtained by Deadspin revealed Wednesday.

The lawsuit was filed last November and alleged that during McGee's stay at a Dallas apartment from September 2015 to September 2016, he caused "significant damage to the property, including, but not limited to, damage to flooring, screen doors, area rugs, furniture, shelving, pots and pans, a curtain rod, and a floor mat."

The allegation also claims that a showerhead, a closet handle, dishes, glasses and towels were missing from the property.

But perhaps the most interesting part involves McGee's cat, Raja.

Raja, who owns his own Instagram account, was with McGee during his stay at this apartment even though pets were forbidden. McGee admitted to this and was willing to pay the fee, which came out to an insane $9,350 in cat-related fees.

In addition to the cat fees, McGee also agreed last week to pay $12,000 in repairs, $10,000 for legal fees, which came out to $26,000 once his security deposit was subtracted. McGee denied, however, that he caused the "significant damage" to the property as the landlord claims.

While McGee has agreed to pay the $26,000, the former landlord has yet to respond. If the agreement isn't settled, then a non-jury trial is currently scheduled for November.
