Andre Iguodala will continue the Warriors' road trip with lighter pockets.
The guard accrued a $25,000 fine from the NBA after "recklessly throwing the game ball into the spectator stands," the league announced Monday morning.

Iguodala had his own response. In an Instagram video, Iguodala shared a scene from "He Got Game," a Spike Lee film featuring actor Denzel Washington and 10-time NBA All-Star Ray Allen.
The scene depicts the incident that happened at Moda Center, which ultimately got Iguodala ejected from the game.
The incident occured in Golden State's 115-105 win in Portland on Saturday. Just before halftime, Iguodala picked up the ball near halfcourt and sent it sailing over the basket.

After the contest, Iguodala said he found out about the ejection from coach Steve Kerr and in his defense he was just trying to shoot.
Draymond Green said Steve Kerr came into the locker room at halftime and told the team Andre Iguodala had been ejected for throwing the ball into the crowd. Everyone was confused. Iguodala’s explanation: “I was trying to shoot. How do they know my depth perception?”

The Warriors will continue their stint away with a game in Phoenix on Monday. Golden State enters the matchup with a 24-13 record.
