The Jazz will also reportedly send guard Alec Burks to the Cavaliers in the deal.
Cleveland has actively been shopping Korver this season as it is looking to go younger with its roster.
Korver has seen sporadic playing time this season as he has had games like Monday against the Grizzlies in which he scored 22 points in 22 minutes of play, but he has also had appearances like Friday against the 76ers in which he played six minutes and didn't score.
As little as he has played though, he is a weapon from 3-point range. Korver is shooting 46.3 percent from beyond the arc this season and is a career 43.2 percent shooter from distance.
Korver previously played three seasons in Utah, beginning in 2007.
The Jazz currently rank 29th in the NBA in 3-point shooting percentage at 31.9 percent.
