Jazz guard Dante Exum suffered a strained left hamstring during Sunday's Game 4 loss, an MRI revealed Monday, according to Yahoo Sports.

Exum pulled up on a drive to the basket in the third quarter of Sunday's 100-87 home loss to the Rockets and limped down the court on the next possession. As soon as play was blown dead, he immediately ran to the locker room before he could even be taken out of the game.

Exum has dealt with numerous injuries since he was taken in the first round of the 2014 draft, but he has been key to the Jazz's defense of James Harden throughout the Western Conference semifinals.

Harden should be able to feast on a banged up Exum, should he play, in Tuesday's Game 5 in Houston with the Rockets owning a 3-1 series lead.
