NBA free agency rumors: Spurs unlikely to match Kyle Anderson’s offer sheet from Grizzlies
Kyle Anderson appears set to join the Grizzlies.
The Spurs are unlikely to match the four-year, $37.2 million offer sheet the 24-year-old forward signed with Memphis on Friday, according to a report from the San Antonio Express-News. Anderson was a restricted free agent this offseason.

Anderson averaged a career-high 7.9 points and 5.4 rebounds per game for San Antonio last season.

Anderson was originally selected by the Spurs with the 30th overall pick in the 2014 draft. He averaged 14.3 minutes in his first three seasons before starting 67 games for the Spurs in 2017-18.
The Grizzlies finished last season with a 22-62 record and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2009-10. They drafted forward Jaren Jackson Jr. with the fourth pick in the 2018 draft.
Former Spurs point guard Tony Parker agreed to a two-year, $10 million contract this week with the Hornets. He spent 17 seasons in San Antonio.
