McLemore was originally selected by Sacramento out of Kansas with the seventh pick of the 2013 draft. He spent his first four seasons with the franchise before playing with the Grizzlies in 2017-18. He was dealt back to the Kings in July.
The Kings made multiple moves before the trade deadline, including acquiring guard Alec Burks from the Cavaliers and forward Harrison Barnes from the Mavericks.
The Kings will enter play Thursday 1 1/2 games behind the Clippers for the eighth spot in the Western Conference standings with a 28-26 record.
