Miami Heat pair Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic will sit out Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday.
Heat center Adebayo left the 116-98 defeat in Game 1 in the third period after sustaining a neck strain and was listed as doubtful in Orlando, Florida.

Point guard Dragic was also listed as doubtful due to a torn plantar fascia in hist left foot and neither of them will play a part in Game 2 at Walt Disney World Resort.
"These two guys are really amazing... they were both lobbying to play. We ultimately had to take the decision out of their hands," said Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra.

According to reports, it is hoped Adebayo and Dragic will be fit to return in time for Game 3 on Sunday.
Jimmy Butler played on despite twice rolling his ankle in the series opener and the Heat start will take part on Friday.
