March Madness 2018: Updated NCAA Tournament odds, betting lines for first and second round

Friday's first-round NCAA Tournament games and second-round contests Saturday and Sunday provide an opportunity to make up for any disappointments from the first day of March Madness.

The Las Vegas oddsmakers' lines for the conclusion of the first weekend's action are coming in. The smaller the spread number the more likely a chance of an upset.
