Neil Golding has been appointed as Saracens' new non-executive chairman following Nigel Wray's retirement last week.
Long-term chairman Wray stepped away from the club with immediate effect, two months after Sarries were docked 35 Premiership points and fined £5.36million for breaching salary cap regulations.

A statement on Thursday said the "immediate priority" for Golding, a Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer lawyer, was to "oversee new governance measures including steps to ensure regulatory compliance".
Sarries have the joint-best record in the Premiership this term but sit bottom of the table on minus seven points as a result of their punishment.
