South Sydney Rabbitohs utility Adam Doueihi will miss the remainder of the NRL season after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
The Rabbitohs confirmed the news on Monday after rising star Doueihi hurt his leg in Friday's top-of-the-table 30-20 win over Melbourne Storm.

Doueihi left the field on a stretcher in the second half after twisting his leg awkwardly in a tackle, with the 20-year-old set to undergo surgery next week.
"It's a terrible disappointment for him, he's been a fantastic trainer this year," Rabbitohs head of high performance Paul Devlin said.
"MRIs have confirmed he's got an ACL injury so he'll have that repaired next Tuesday but the flipside of that once it's repaired he starts on the rehab journey, he's got some great mentors here.
"Greg Inglis has obviously come through the rehab journey recently and been absolutely outstanding so he's got some role models here."
Rabbitohs captain Greg Inglis could be set for a return against Brisbane Broncos on August 16 after breaking his thumb a month ago.
Meanwhile, flanker Robert Jennings will be sidelined for at least four weeks with a hamstring strain.
