Patrick Beverley had an eventful game Sunday.

The 30-year-old Clippers guard jumped on top of Mavericks guard Dennis Smith Jr. in an effort to force a jump ball late in the third quarter. But, Beverley's elbow connected with Smith’s mouth and knocked out one of his teeth in the process.

Beverley attempted to apologize to the Mavericks bench after the incident. But, that reportedly didn’t go over well.

Beverley was then ejected early in the fourth quarter after he sent a bounce pass in the direction of a Mavericks’ fan in the stands.

Beverley finished the game with three points and four rebounds in 17 minutes. The Clippers fell to Dallas 114-110.
