Dato’ Azizulhasni Awang – Sprint and Keirin Cycling
A stranger to none, Dato’ Azizulhasni Awang is Malaysia’s most decorated cyclist, nicknamed The Pocket Rocketman. In his last two Olympic Games, he won a bronze medal in the 2016 games, and a silver medal in the 2020 games – both in the Keirin event. This will be his fifth appearance at the Olympics.Muhammad Shah Firdaus Sahrom – Sprint and Keirin Cycling
The 28-year-old Johorean will be making his second Olympics appearance. In his debut in Tokyo, he managed to advance to the quarter-finals for the keirin event, while stopped at the third round repechage of the sprint event.Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri – Sprint and Keirin Cycling
The Kedah-born athlete is also nicknamed the Pocket Rocket Woman. The 21-year-old recently won 2 gold medals in the sprint and keirin events at the ASEAN Track President’s Cup 2 Series.Nur Aisyah Mohamad Zubir – Road Cycling
The 26-year-old from Terengganu will be the first ever Malaysian female road cyclist to compete in the Olympics. She recently won a bronze medal at the 2023 SEA Games.
