Ronaldo scored his first goal in the fourth minute after winning a penalty. He calmly stepped up to the penalty spot and slotted it in the right corner. He then scored again in the 44th minute with a calm strike from the center of the box.
Portugal had a 2-1 lead entering the break, but Spain scored two quick goals to start the second half. But Ronaldo saved the day in the 88th minute with a classy free kick bending its way into the net.
