With a total of 81 signed Premier League jerseys up for grab, all you have to do is answer simple questions on the official Astro Rewards website.
Winners will be randomly selected at the end of the contest period from the pool of eligible contest form submissions.
Each winner is entitled to one jersey autographed by one of the three football stars.
