Italy international right-back Di Lorenzo, who was recently linked with a move to Manchester United, has extended his previous terms by a further 12 months.
Attacking midfielder Elmas and left-back Rui have also committed their long-term futures to Gennaro Gattuso's Napoli, who finished seventh in Serie A last season and reached the Champions League last 16.
